Our Story

We started SmartyTalent with a simple goal: 

More time for conversations with people, less manual screening.
We saw recruiters drowning in hundreds of CVs, notes, and spreadsheets—while pressure for compliance (AI Act/GDPR) and decision consistency kept rising. We built Boe, an AI assistant that works the way HR teams already do: via email and inside the ATS.
