Frequently asked questions

What is "analysis" in the price list?

One "analysis" is a full evaluation of one application/resume: mapping of 16 criteria, ranking, justifications and a PDF report with a score of 1-5. The result is saved in eRecruiter.

What happens after the monthly analysis limit is exhausted?

The system continues to work - further requests are billed as additional analysis at the rate for the package. We send alerts in the panel and by email when you approach the limit.

Does AI make decisions for the recruiter?

No. Boe makes recommendations (ranking, auto-recommendations rejecting), but the final decision is up to the person. Every decision has a rationale and an audit trail.

What does compliance with the AI Act and RODO look like?

Design "by design": human surveillance, activity logs, access control, retention policy, clause templates and DPIA guidance. We process data in the EU, with encryption in transit and at rest.

Do I need to create new accounts or log into a separate tool?

No. Role profile setup and information completions are done by email, and statuses/reports are saved in the ATS (eRecruiter). The recruiter approves key actions (human-in-the-loop).

How fast can I get Boe up and running?

Integration with eRecruiter is 1 click (token). We configure the first role profiles in a short email exchange. Usually teams start the same week.

Do you have support for multiple languages/markets?

Yes. Content and analytics can work in multiple languages; the EXPANSION and ENTRERPRISE plans offer localization and template versioning for countries/markets.

Can I carry over unused analysis to the next month?

By default, no; we maintain simple monthly billing. In Annual/Enterprise plans, we can include a seasonal buffer - ask us for details.
